The Indo-American Arts Council, Inc. announces a call for submissions for their Mahindra Indo-American Arts Council Film Festival (MIAAC) Film Festival 2009. Filmmakers are invited to submit their films, features (narrative and documentary) and shorts, for the 9th Annual MIAAC Film Festival. Films may be submitted in either of the following two sections: a. Diaspora films made by filmmakers of South Asian origin living outside India or projects by non-South Asians with South Asian content, cast or crew or b.
